im trying to find a CONSTANCE BALL she was a witness in the marriage of MARY BALL and JOHN WALTER MITCHEL NOV 9TH 1887 st saviour mary ball born 1861 st hellier is the daughter of william ball born 1824 st johns cornwall and caroline smith born 1833 tetbury gloucester they married 1854 and had 13 children i have found 12 so 1 missing constance could be the missing one but cant find her on a single cencus the only other possibility is in 1851 cencus william is living in channel islands married to a frances ann miller yet 3 years later william has remarried as a widow and no sign of the death of frances ann miller so constance could be the daughter of florance ann miller and william ball but no sign of a birth cert of course im presuming shes single it might be constance married a ball any help appreciated david
