Please can anyone tell me if Bishop's Transcripts survive for High Wycombe for 1828 (especially baptisms), and if so, where they are kept? I've tried searching on the Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies website, but can't find any mention of BTs for anywhere.
I've also checked the Family Search catalogue, and they have films of BTs for High Wycombe up to 1823, but nothing later. Does this mean the later ones haven't survived, or were they just not filmed?
Thanks,
Arthur

Just a thought: if High Wycombe was in the diocese of Oxford then the surviving BTs may be at the Oxfordshire History Centre rather than in Buckinghamshire.

Thanks - yes, I'd thought of that, but I have an outstanding query with them already and thought I'd better wait for them to reply to that one before asking another. Also, I'm not sure how long they take to reply, so I thought I'd ask here first in case anyone knew the answer sooner.
The Gibson Guide indicates that pre-1840ish BTs for Buckinghamshire should be at CBS, but it doesn't give details of what survives for individual parishes.
