Seems to be down today (Link to FS not working) - does anyone know if this is temporary or something to do with the new Family Search site?

I had the same problem with it yesterday evening. I went right through the various choices but once I'd chosen the batch number and clicked "submit query" it wouldn't go to the search box.

It does seem to be on the blink still. I've just tried it by going to baptisms for Newton Saint Petrock, Devon, in Batch No. C052271. I clicked on the batch number but once I'd clicked on "submit query" again I got this message:
HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found
It's definitely the connection between Hugh Wallis and Family Search that's the problem because everything works up to that point.Last edited by notanotherminer; 31-07-2011 at 12:19 PM. Reason: added intro

The old IGI site http://www.familysearch.org/ENG/Sear...lear_form=true does not work if you put in a batch number and a surname any more. So that is why Hugh Wallis's won't work
I understand if you use the new advanced search you can put in a batch number.

Simply put the batch number and surname in the Advanced search on the familysearch site
https://www.familysearch.org/#form=advanced-records
To use the IGI in the way Hugh Wallis' site accessed it.
