Posts tally-er

Being so close to posting 200 posts, I seem to be stuck on 199. When I noticed that I was close I was on 198, it took 2 or 3 posts to move up to 199 and after 4 or 5 subsequent posts, I seem to be stuck on 199. Is this just happening to me? Why can't I break the 200 barrier? Mods can you shed some light here please. I know this is very trivial when we all have much more pressing matters on our minds, but there's not much point in keeping a tally if it's not correct, is there?

This is not so much of an edit as a reaction to the viewing of this post, which now has me at 200. My query still stands, what's wrong with the tally-er? it can't count!

Depends where you are posting. General Chatter posts for example do not count.

A deleted post will knock you back one.
As Procat said, a general chatter or a funny side of life post does not add to the tally.
