Just as a matter of inerest, where did they marry and are you sure that Frances' surname was HILSTED? I have had a look on FreeBMD but can find no entries in any category for that surname.
The reason I ask is that I have a Frances MILSTED who was born in Tenterden in 1853 - about 15 miles down the road from Marden - who seems to disappear after 1871, whch would fit with an emigration in the mid-1870s.
Let me know if you would like any further information about my Frances.

Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you to everyone who helped me find my long lost cousins. I emailed a Lady in Marton New Zealand who was doing memorabilia and memories of employees of the rail way. The e mail included the photos and some of the photos people where recognised and now I am going to write to the Bride in the photo and hopefully will find out more about our long lost cousins.
Thank You once again as I think with out your help I wouldn't got as far so quick as I did.
If I get the full story of how they come to be in New Zealand and who was who I will let you all know,
Thank you once again.

Update on New Zealand cousins Well Ju turned out to be my great grandfathers sister Sarah Ann Burrluck, Ju being short for junior as Sarah's mother was also Sarah Ann and Yes it is mother and step father with the four daughter sitting behind them. It was taken at a train station and they were on their was to a wedding. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Ju and Bobs own wedding as they got married quiet late in life. I am in constant contact with the family off springs, grand daughter and great grand son. Others may follow as they all want to talk to me. Apparently it was big new out in New Zealand when I made contact with the grand daughter at first. Every one is excited that they have got contact with England's cousins again after 40 years. So thank you to everyone who gave me tip and ideas of how I can get to find my long lost cousins. My Dad told me he was really proud of me. He calls me his little historian

This is the sort of post that you get a real buzz from - stick a random old picture on the net and somebody pops up and declares that they knew the person.
I bet you were on a high for a week.
