    Default Shipping and masters 1793-1816

I came across this lloy'd List marine news 1793-1816
Here's an important link for those of you who have been using the City of
    London's Guildhall Library Lloyd's List database *
    www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/lloydslist *

In the UK my friend and colleague Michael Dun has scanned the Marine News
section of all the Lloyd's Lists for the period 1793 to 1816, and made them
available for free on the web.
This early Lloyd's List was a twice weekly news-sheet issued in London on
Tuesday and Friday. As with it's modern publisher the List provided maritime
intelligence and news, particularly on the status of ship voyages, captures,
misadventures and losses. As Britain was almost continuously at war during
this period it makes for some fascinating reading.

For the Marine News of Lloyd's List go to
www.1812privateers.org/Bibliography Towards the bottom of the page you can
select each List issue by year, then month then day. It is a great
compliment to the City of London's Guildhall Library data.

Seeing as they have a shopping cart they obviously sell stuff and commercial links are not allowed.

    So try google for
    www.
    cityoflondon.gov.uk/lloydslist/

and I think you will find it as the first hit.
