Forum offline?

Can I just check with other current users please? Does the Forum keep going offline?

It definitely had a blip sometime between about 1.30 and 2am. today.

It also seemed to have problems sometime between midnight and 6am Wednesday morning. Sorry, I realise that the time is a bit vague, but I didn't note it accurately as sometimes my internet connection fails, and unless I specifically try to log on to another site, I can't tell whether it's BG or my connection at fault.

If I get any more problems with BG I'll take more precise notes.

Thanks Pam. I think you're right about the times. It seems to have been intermittent since about 1.30am right up to a couple of minutes ago.

Don't know if the forum has been intermittent (prior to this post, I last used the forum at 1.47am), but when I tried to view 'today's posts' at approximately 4.56, the site was very slow to actually appear on my screen, and then it took over a minute to unsuccessfully try to find 'today's posts', after which time I just closed down the site.
I was able to access other URLs without any problems so it wasn't my internet connection at fault.

When I tried to access it again a few minutes ago, it clicked in within one or two seconds as usual.

I too Pam had probs, I accessed one post, then was told "the server was too busy, try later." Didn't know whether to feel miffed or not, Darling G'childrens arrival sorted that out. Now just back online for a quick look...Speedie connection again. whew!

BG seems to be running a bit on the slow side for me at the moment.
Don't think it's my computer or internet connection because other sites seem to click in straightaway.

Anyone else having, or been having, problems?

Mine seems to be fine at the moment, same time as UK, about 1.10 am Thursday
