    Default Nicholl- St Vincent

I have a reference to John and Richard Nicholl (& variations) on St Vincent in the late 18th and early 19th Centuries. They either owned, or had a large interest in several estates, including Mount Wynne Estate. I have copies of their respective Wills and from these there is a mention of a sister. However, I'm stumped as to where they came from. I know that Richard married into the Charrington family of Brewers in London. I've tried to get into the SVG site, but wonder if it is still active?
Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Peter.......Have you tried the Caribbean List that is on Rootsweb?? I know for sure that there is at least one person on there that is researching St. Vincent. You can either go via the web or if you still know your way around Usenet, that is the only Rootsweb List that is *gatewayed* onto it as a news group. My research is all in Jamaica, so can't help you with St. Vincent.
