Having done exhaustive checks to see if the parents married, it is very likely they didnt. I have the mother, fathers and the childs name of a possible illegitimate birth during WW1. I dont have any idea where the mother was living, except the registration district for the birth. How do I check Army or any other records to see if he "owned" the child officially. What records does Part 13 belong to and where would I find them?
