    Default Sidmouth Burial 1812

    Hi,

Does any one have access to Sidmouth deaths or burials for 1812. James Barnard died Sidmouth 1812 possibly 1811. Father of James and Ambrose. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thankyou

I've found 3 James BARNARD burials in Devon but not one in 1911-2.
there is one, the son of Henry & Mary, who was buried in Upottery on 19th March 1920
there is a 9 year old from Upottery who was buried on 10th August 1828
    and
Captain John James RN, the son of Edward & Mary, who was buried ay St Andrew's, Plymouth on 31st August 1826

Thank you Nicolina, I think 1812 might be a bit early for the records maybe. I have a book from the Devon Family History Society for Sidmouth Burials 1813-1837 It's a pity he didn't live one more year!

I know that feeling. I've quite a few who married just after a Census and then inconveniently died before the next. Or, as in the case of my G-G-Grandmother, had their names wrongly spelled on one Census and died before the next. It took me several years to find her place of birth.
    isn't genealogy fun?
