    That is the same with non commercial programs, not everybody have that program and have to download it or a converter.

    Being a firm believer of access for all, you can either covert the information to HTML by using the Save As function or go ahead with the pdf route. A tip for the pdf route is that some servers like the filenames to be lowercase and no spaces, so watch out for this.
    The link is exactly the same as you would do for a webpage except it with be filename.pdf

    I used to upload a .pdf file to my wifes online shop that was a price list. I could alter the 'quality' by adjusting the file size when making the pdf from the Excel spreadsheet from where it was produced. The spreadsheet was around 60kb and the pdf was 24kb - so it can be smaller.
