Address look up

Is anyone able to look up an address in 1875.

From the contents of a will I have Thomas Jones living in Jervoise Street West Bromwich in 1875.

Sorry not much to go on. I'd like to know who was with him. I haven't been able to find it in the 71 or 81 census.

I can't think of a resource that will provide all the residents of a particular address in 1875 (I think that's what you're asking for).

In what way did this Tom Jones feature in the will? Deceased? Beneficiary? Executor?

Thomas was born 1821 West Bromwich.
As you can imagine with a name like Thomas Jones, it's difficult to know if you have the right one.

It was actually Administration and Thomas was granted them as the son and one of the next of kin.
It said Thomas Jones of Jervoise Street West Bromwich Blacksmith.

I have found Thomas Jones in the census, Occupation Silversmith.
If he was a Silversmith, why would he then call himself a Blacksmith if it is him.
Also in 1871 and 1881 this Thomas is living in Villa Road.
