    Default Kelly's 1851 Directory

I was just wondering if anyone has access to a copy of Kelly's or Whites directory for 1851.

I have found a William Nixon in Rugeley in the 1851 census. His occupation is Hatmaker. The census says he has 6 men working for him. I am trying to find out if he worked from home in Sheepfair or if he had some form of shop.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Will this do for starters ...

    Rugeley
    Hat Manufacturers
    Nixon William, Albion St

    (1850 Staffordshire Slater's Royal Directory)
