problem with pic upload

Hi, uploaded 28kb jpg pic, but when I've checked it, it's not viewable - has come out as brown square. Wondering how to put it right. Thanks, Cat

try reducing the dimensions of your picture.

Thanks Glenda, just opened the pic file again and PSP's automatically saved it with too many colours, so it's 120+ kb, which is too darn big. Trying to reduce it! Cat
