Hi Puddler,
I don't have a Edward Taylor in my tree, but that does not rule out that there could be a possibilty of a link somewhere. There were may TAYLOR's in the Wolstanton area. I also looked for a connection here http://nt.net/whogan/tree/sherratt.htm
but with no luck.
Sorry for the long delay.
Regards Sue

Hi
Notice you give name of DAVIS, would there be any connection with your Davis ALFRED who married Louisa Geoghan in 1885?

Ring any bells?
