Thomas Dutton of the Parish of St.Mary Newington married Sarah Kingdon spinster of same Parish 1st November 1794 at St.Dunston in the West.Witnesses A.? Buchanan & Mary [S L]aintenoy. By licence
Unsure of the letter 'L' there, not 'S' as is in Sarah, maybe 'F'? Similar to the 'S' in spinster of the marriage following.

How about this for daughter Sarah Kingdom Dutton?

    Sarah Kingdom Dutton
    Birth: abt 1798
Death: Sep 1882 - Exeter, Devon, age 84.
    Vol 5b page 52

There is also a will/probate for her. Death date 6 Aug 1882. Probate date 18 Aug 1882. She was a spinster. Executors - John Doyle and a niece Sophia Elizabeth Couche.

excellent Olliecat, sounds promising, so going by that maybe Josephine married someone with a surname Couche, there were only 3 in the family, the brother being my ancestor.
How do I find these details or get a will?

Allie, have you tried finding them in the 1841 census, just trying Josephine b.1800+-1., brings up many possibles but finding the marriage is proving more difficult.
Sarah is with her Family in Brixton in 1841 at Blackman St. her father a boot maker?

These are the details on the National Probate Calendar ...

    DUTTON Sarah Kingdom
    Personal Estate £430 10s.
18 August. The will of Sarah Kingdom Dutton late of 3 Wilton-place St. Sidwell in the County of the City of Exeter spinster who died 6 August 1882 at 3 Wilton-place was proved at Exeter by John Doyle of 15 Lawn-terrace Blackheath in the County of Kent Gentleman and Sophia Elizabeth Couche of Queen's-terrace St David's in the County of the City of Exeter Widow the Niece the Executors.

You can view this on the Index of Wills and Administrations on Ancestry.

You can obtain a copy of the probate documents (e.g. the will) from First Avenue House or any District Probate Registry. See the The Probate Service and their guide. Should cost you about £5.
