Is it possible to give a reasonable hint of what & where these photos & files include to save an avalanche of emails which may not have info. there-in? Many eager searchers still out here.

Thank you for your kind offer. Looking for any photographs of the prisoners in Shanghi or Officers involved in their release. I can only assume you are talking about British and Allied Forces?
Now, Ive opened the flood gates.....????

Hi,
I would be very interested in the combat reports if you could forward them. I have for several years been trying to fnd out about my Great Uncle Geoffrey Jennes who was killed in combat in the UK in 1940. His service records are sketchy to say the least and no official death certificate seems to exist.
My email address is stevenpenny@canmorefs.co.uk.
Thanks
Steve

Is this your great uncle? From the CWGC site: Sapper Geoffrey James Jenness, son of William and Beatrice and husband of K V J. Died 8 September 1940 and buried at Taunton St Mary's cemetery.
This would appear to be the death registration: Q Sep 1940 Tenterden 2a 2563 Geoffrey J Jenness aged 20.
