Hello Kaylew and welcome to the forum.
I am moving this thread from Problems Navigating Brit-Gen (really for problems with the forum use) to Kent.
I hope you get the answer you require, good luck.

I need to ask if you are looking at the index or the transcription of the census?
If you click on Levison and go the transcription, the name of the institution is written in the top left hand corner.
Sorry we are not allowed to look up 1911 transcriptions and pass on the information. However if you are looking at the transcription we can help you locate the name of the institution.

If you have connections to Gravesend you may find this site, if you have not seen it, worth a wander around.

Stationed at the Gravesend Barracks were a total of 280 service personnel. Most were active however a dozen or more were 'trades' such Cooks, Tailors etc. Your man was 'active', appears to have recently joined -i.e within the past couple of years - and was at the rank of Private.
One of my rellie's was there.
You may want to look up his Military records on Ancestry.
Hope this is of help
Colin
