    Can anyone tell me what this is please?
    It means just what you would guess the meaning to be. A Bath Chair Man is a man who pushes a bath chair.

    He may or may or not own it. He may or may not be self employed.

    I don't envy anyone pushing that through the streets of Bath. They are so steep I have problems walking up them.
