I can't help you with Israel Floyd but I thought that I would tell you that a Hannah Floyd daughter of Thomas and Sarah Floyd married Isiah Jeffrey. She is an ancestor of mine.

I had a quick look for Thomas and Sarah and I found this. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/264L-MTR
Hopefully you will be able to read it. Devon is a county next to Cornwall where my Thomas and Sarah lived.
I hope that it helps.

You left a message on Rootschat as well?
The marriage took place in 1852 and you will have to buy a marriage certificate to know the names. I have tried to find them in the census using the names of the children that I found on https://www.cornwall-opc-database.org...isms&bf=Search
I presume that the Calsock ones are yours?

I haven't found the parents names though

Hi, yes they are mine. Will see if I can cert from them. However I was interested in knowing if they were the same Thomas and Sarah you were referring to in your post of possibly a member of the same family group.
thanks
Denise
