Hi

Ernest was the son of Thomas Coote & Elizabeth Mimer of Flamstead
Ernest was born 3rd Dec 1877 Hemel Hempstead
Lived in Flamstead as a labourer have him in 1901 but cannot find him in the 1911 census,sometimes the Coote is spelt in many ways,which ive tried
Cannot find a marriage date for him,there is a marriage in 1910 but that isnt him thats another one of my descendants
Cannot find death date which is anywhere near his birth year
His siblings were Jane,William,Arthur,Herbert,Ellen,Nellie,Percy & Horace Don

Thought id have a lazy Saturday going through the missing gaps in my tree and maybe someone will be able to help

There is an Ernest Coote with birth date 1879 living at Hemel Hempstead in 1911 census. I presume you have discounted him. I do not have a subscription. Have you searched under Cook/Cooke which I think Coote could easily be mistranscribed as.

Yes unfortunately that Ernest mothers name was Mary
I did find a Ernest Cook on the 1911 from the right area,but cannot be sure it is him
