Marriage lookup please - Keynsham area

Looking to find a wifes name for a marriage that is documented as taking place in Sep 1909 quarter.

Herbert George Demmery born 1885 Oldland married as above and went onto have a son (possibily more children) Robert Stamford Demmery in 1911 Oldland.

Marriage is documented on free BMD in Keynsham district (probably Oldland or Downend as most other marriages have taken place there) but only shows his name with no others on the page.

Looking at the 1911 census index his wife was Claire, Born c 1885, St George, Gloucester. Looking at the image however she is Clara.

There is a marriage of a Clara Smith in the same place and qtr and volume. Page number appears to be 1166 or 1186. The number for herbert is indexed as 1166 but could be 1186

Oddly enough as can often happen, on looking at the scan attached to the marriage of Herbert Demmerell for Sept. 1909 the noted v.5c- 1166 Keynsham.....looks more like 5c- 1186....which would explain lack of partners. On the FreeBMD site that date with 1186 brings up:

to Demmerell with either Lady. You may have better luck!

There seems to be another child here, surname spelt with one 'm'.
