Hi Sue, we have been a busy bee haven't we!
A couple of observations re your listing:-
I believe the death of William b 1811 is earlier than 1876 (See my post 14 for ref ) also Mary Ann is also shown as Widow on the 1871.
The two births of Robert 1847 and George 1850/1 would appear to belong to a William and Mary residing at Gaywood Norfolk on the 1851 Census.
Have a look, oh and if you want the 1911 for Agnes and Bertie let me know ok!

Dear Keyboard 86, I would really love the 1911 for Agnes and Bertie - tried to get it - only had a few goes for what I paid and never did get it. I think my mother will be on it - Esther May b 1905.
Yes, have been a busy bee but am not at all sure whether I have got it correct. Going to have a look at a place called Trues Yard at some time in Kings Lynn (would you believe I only live 7 miles from KL) where it is possible to do research on Fishermen. May be interesting - have to see.
Thanks for all the help, Sue

Nicolina,
Thank you so much for all the work you have done on this. The reason I am sure James married Sarah Haywood (spelling seems to be variable) is because this is the name my mother gave me for her grandmother - and she lived next door to her in Keppel Street (Esther May Baldwin b 1905).
I have Sarah's dod as 1933 - this may be incorrect - I have her obituary from the local paper but unfortunately it doesn't give the date.
I recognise the household addresses (except for 5 Victoria Street but didn't know Mary A had become a NEAL)
I also remember my mother mentioning a "cousin Esther" - don't seem to have come across her yet but it could of course have been the other side of the family (Baldwins).
Sue - have not given up on anything yet!

one word of caution, never believe everything you are told, keep an open mind until you are 100 per cent certain. I had an example of that and it took me years to find out the truth. Much less interesting.

I agree with you - I certainly have been told things that are "heresay" and "whatever" and they are not necessarily true. I have to admit that my mother (Esther on the tree) was pretty good but if she got something wrong, she got it spectacularly wrong and she was quite old, 86, when I quizzed her about the family. However, quite a lot has proved true from other members of the family.
