    hi
looked on 1901 census as well no husband listed but extra son .
mary mccoy 1860 on 1911 census 34 years married 8 children born 5 alive
    wm j 1882
    john h 1886
    mary alice 1889
    anne 1894
    emily 1896

searched Emerald Ancestors and Ulster Historical Foundation sites no good matches for childrens births .
emily mccoy lisburn births jan-mar 1895 volume 1 page 661
is best bet as there is only 1 birth record close to date for down
if you order birth record from roscommon GRO by giving details above it will give parents name and address
i looked at other childrens names to many to chose from , emily your best bet .
however search two websites above , search for free but pay per view , the sites give fathers first names you might be able to cross match .

mr mccoy must have died between emily,s birth 1896 and the 1901 census where his wife calls herself a widow .
