Default Hello from a very snowy Wisconsin, USA!

Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself and my research interests.

    I'm currently researching the following:

THOMAS (1730s - St Agnes, Cornwall; 1860s and upwards - County Durham)
    DAVIS (early 1800s - Warwickshire & Lancashire; early 1900s - South Africa)
HAYES (1860s - Antrim County, Ireland; early 1900s - South Africa)
    BRUCE (1840s - Scotland; 1860s - County Durham)
KEOWN (Isle of Man; Australia; early 1900s - South Africa)

I'm looking forward to learning more from you all and hoping to contribute what I can!

    Thanks!
    Sue

Greetings Suemc from a Sue Mac

Welcome to the Forum - you will enjoy it here.

Everyone is complaining about the cold at the moment (it's very bad for the UK) but my son is an ardent Packers fan and says this is nothing to the temperatures he experienceat Lambeau Fields two years ago We're keeping our fingers crossed for Sunday.

Hi Sue. Greetings from snowy but sunny Calgary.

Overnight our temperature just shot up 20C so we're expecting the snow to be gone soon.

Have fun here and learn a lot.

Hi Suemc! Welcome aboard the genealogist's nutty train! Carmy is expressing wishful thinking that the snow will be gone soon!
Sadly, our friend Vanessa, passed away 29th. February 2012.
