Army Indices (Overseas) What to Tell GRO?

Completely new to me, this aspect. I've ordered hundreds of normal, home bred BMD Certs from GRO. Here their template's throwing me though.

I have it open, in another slot. I can put his name in. I can tell them where he was born. But, at the bottom, it just says 'GRO Reference' ?

Obviously, I'm used to being asked for " Vol / Page ", and giving it the old " 2B / 237 ".

What do I put in here, please? The original page of the indices is only offering 'Name - Station - Year - Page'. What part, or parts of that adds up to the " GRO Reference " ?

I had a look about and found This. But, it doesn't yet make it clear to me.
