    Unhappy Royal Marine Uniform??

    Please can anyone help me with a long running question - i have recently found my Gt Grandfathers Marine records after looking in the RMA records, after some "dodgy" info from my Nan i found him as RMLI. He was a career marine leaving after his time in 1906 he then joined the RNVR and was sent to France as part of the BEF aged 45 then to Gallipoli age 50!! as part of the RN Division. This is the problem i have a photo presumably taken in 1914? but not wearing RN Div unifom or RMLI - the badge on his cap does not look Exactly like the RMA badge of the time so i am at a loss - any help please?? I have got a photo but can not seem to up load
