    Default Victor Lyons 1901 census

I have a Victor Lyons born 1897 freeband has him registered in Woowich.
His father died and his mother Harriet married an Alfred John Neill in Greenwich in March qt 1901,I cant find any of them in the 1901 census.
Could I please ask you folks if you can help me?

On the 1911 census Victor is on it as Victor Lyons Neill born Plumstead.
His mother Harriet is down as "Marriel" Neill born Aldershot.

Where could they be in 1901? Can anyone spot any of them please.

    Many thanks in advance.

Here are two of them -

    RG 13/528 f 40 p 13

Sounds as if you haven't got the marriage certificate yet.

This is the correct couple, as the address matches the residence given for both of them on the parish register entry for their marriage at St Pauls Deptford (London Banns & Marriages database).

Looks like we all have established where the step-father and mother are!

Many Many thanks, to you AdeleE, DRosebud and Peter Goodey for your help and time in finding Harriet and Alfred for me.

Victor must have been farmed out somewhere, maybe a mistake in his name on the 1901 census?

    Again I am so grateful.

Can I ask if you have this birth registration to confirm that this Victor Lyons is the son of Michael John Lyons & Harriet Agnes McClelland?

Michael John Lyons & Harriet Agnes McClelland married on 27 Feb 1886 at St Mary Magdalene, Woolwich. Were there any other children of the marriage in the 11 years before Victor was born? It may help in finding Victor in 1901.

    Sorry, I cannot find him.

Do you know where Harriett's parents are? He could have been left with them, as it was just prior to the wedding, and wrongly transcribed.
