St Rumbold's Lane Lincoln

Hello all,
I have found a relative who in 1881 was living in St Rumbolds Lane in St Swithins, Lincoln.
In the census this is next to Rosemary Lane. Does anyone know if this is the same road as St Rumbolds Street, just renamed (I can't find a lane on a current street map), or was the lane built over (to make way for a records office perhaps )

It is the same road, appearing as "Lane" on maps up to 1883 at least. In the 1900 Kelly's Directory, it is "Street".
