Has anyone knowledge of a pub in Aldershot, possibly in Union Street, with the name 'No Little Wonder'? It seems to appear in the 1861 census.
I know of others, elsewhere, called 'Little Wonder' after a racehorse, but could wires have been crossed.
Any details wwould be welcomed.

Answering my own query from 2009, I have found that close study of the census image shows that the pub or inn was not called 'No Little Wonder', but simply 'Little Wonder'. The word 'No' was written in as the start of the address, with the house number, which was then overwritten with the pub's name.
Lesson - look at the image!
