Divorce around 1955/7

I am trying to find information on a divorce between my mother and father, I remember this was when I was very young due to him having two familes at the same time. I have a half brother or sister somewhere there is only 6months between our ages.

I know there was supposed to be payments made to court for my brother and me but seems he preferred to go to jail and have a holiday than payup.
