Lucy Rhys Williams, Myddfai

Hi all I am trying to trace a Lucy (Luci) Williams born around 1816 in Myddfai.
She seems to have had a sister named Elizabeth Rhys Williams who was possibly again born in Myddfai.
Family legends have claim that Lucy was possibly a Witch starting some form of Sunday School in Blaengors (Ystradgunlais?) Apparently quite awoman in her day. She married for the third time, William Williams and lived in Ystradgunlais.
Any information will be of great interest.

I've recently read through an old family letter that she was called a 'Wise Woman' and was able to cure people who asked for her help.
A possible connection here with a Rees Williams the last of the famous Physicians of Myddfai who died in 1842.
