River Street, Co Cavan

Hello,

I've just been made aware that the 1911 Irish census returns will be made available on line at the end of August. So as I can trace my ancestors with ease, I need to know the name of the Parishes of the following locations. River Street, Bridge Street, Hill Street and what looks like Baffin Terrace.

I would appreciate any information on this as I'm still trying to learn the geographical layour of County Cavan and finding it very confusing.

The names of the places that you have mentioned seem to refer to a specific town. County Cavan is the whole county.

If it is Cavan Town to which you refer, have a look at what GENUKI has to say. There is also a map on which you can click to see the layout of the town.

Even the people of Cavan are still trying to learn the geographical lay out of County Cavan and finding it very confusing.


Those streets would be part of a town.
