Herbert Crowe - Marriage

Have just found an old photo of my mothers which has written on the back - Herbies wedding in Margate. He was my mums brother. I think he was born around 1917. Looks around 25 in the photo. All I know is that he married a Patricia. My grandmother Crowe and aunt Sarah (sadie) are also in the photo.
Herbie was born in Belfast. Parents Samuel and Margaret Crowe.

Have searched but unable to find any record of the marriage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any children of Herbert and Patricia? Checking under births would reveal her surname. Can't find a marriage of any Patricia 2 yrs either side of 1940 in any county and no Herbert Crowe in Kent. The closest I found was Patricia M Mitchell to William N. Crow 1940 2Q Bromley, Kent.

Did either have any other names?

I have scoured the index on A*******y and there is no Crow/Crowe or anything close recorded as marrying a Pat* in Thanet RD between 1930 & 1960. Also looked for Herbert & Patricia without second names - still nothing close.
