Default Charlotte Williams and her son John Leo

    Hi all

Can anyone help me find out what happened to my mother's aunt and her
    cousin.
She was Charlotte Williams (born 1868 Dudley,WOR) wife of John Henry W
Williams (died 1895 Isle of Wight) and had one son John Leo Williams.
In the 1911 census they are at Enslin , Esplanade, Shanklin and she
appears at that address in the 1920 Kelly's but I can't locate them
    after that.

What info are you after? There aren't any available censuses after 1911 but you might be able to find them in electoral registers which are most likely to be at the local records office. For deaths have you trawled through each quarter?

there are quite a few John WILLIAMS marriages on the IOW but haven't found John Leo (up to 1940)

I have been researching my family history for 20 years but have only just been able to find her details in the 1911 census and the 1920 Kelly's as I am unable to travel to the Isle of Wight due to my personal circumstances. I have been an Ancestry subscriber for a number of years and a free and easy BMD(a program that extracts the data from FreeBmd so you can sort it) user. I also run a One-Place-Genealogical Study.

So I was hoping to find someone who may have some local knowledge or local resources.

As my lecturer said on my genealogy night school course said "kill them all off" (find their deaths)
