If you mean HO 107/2418 f 232 p 51, the final letter of the surname looks to me like "d" and the boy's age is shown as 7.

If I were you I would consider

    Births Sep 1843

    Threlkeld Henry Morpeth 25 313

Note also the comment in FreeBMD to the effect that the "r" in the surname is spurious. Having checked the original, I wouldn't disagree with that claim.

I can help with this one ...

Down as Henry Thirkeld on LDS for baptism date - 16 Jul 1843 Morpeth

and again as Thirkleld in 1851 census living at Alms Houses Cottingwood Lane, Morpeth with Mary as head, Margaret her sister (born 1819) and Henry down as nephew

census is in the possession of TNA ... HO107 piece 2418 folio 232 page 51 (hope I did the reference correctly)

However in 1861 he is living with Mary at the same place but with sister Sarah (born 1809) and is down as Henry Threlkeld (nephew) again so not sure if Margaret or Sarah is his mother!

census is in the possession of TNA ... RG number: RG09 Piece: 3871 Folio: 108 Page: 30

I have found what I think are details of Mary's parents if you are interested ...

By 1871 Henry (now Thirkle) is a widower with a son William H, aged 5, still at the same address with Mary and Sarah. RG10; 5164; 45; 31.

This looks like Charles's baptism on 28th July 1818 at Morpeth, parents Henry and Sarah Threlkeld. (Northumberland and Durham baptisms.) I assume he is the brother of Mary and Margaret.

That's strange. Margaret was baptised the same year, same parents, on 2nd March (1818).

That was after his marriage to a Mary Scott in 1865 - son is William Hudspeth (?) born in Morpeth 1866 ... there was also a daughter to the same parents - Sarah Jane in 1867 - assume she died young

Henry then marries a Margaret Ann (variously Jane!) Downey (Downie) in 1873 and goes on to have another 10 or 11 children!
