Hi rocket 118
I have just had a look on the London Metropolitan Archives website and couldn't find any. I dont know if the school still exists as I cannot find an email address on google for them for you to contact them. Unless the name of the school has changed.

In 1910 Walthamstow was part of Essex, so you could try the Walthamstow Archives at Vestry House.

Waltham Forest joined Greater London in 1965. The ILEA was then set up to run schools in the 12 inner boroughs only and the outer boroughs, such as Waltham Forest, became LEAs in their own right.
This is a roundabout way of saying that if the school records are anywhere, they should be in Waltham Forest borough archives, as suggested by Peter Nicholl. But if Essex CC retained the pre 1965 records, they could be in Essex county archives.
The LMA have records for schools in the ILEA (and predecessors).
