I'm trying to get info. on a Jesse Daniel Holl(e)y b. 1876 Pewsham, Jane b. 1878 Derry Hill & Emily b. 1881 kensworth, Beds.
Father unknown, Mother Jane ?, b. 1851 Lea.
I'm almost sure the name is Holly, however, some records show it as Holley.
I have traced this family & Descendants forward to present day, however, I'm stuck going back with the info. provided above.
Can anyone fill in any of the gaps for me.

Holly
Hi
Hope this helps a little:
The following appears on 1881 census at 12 Chapel Walk, Dunstable, Bedfordshire:
Jane HOLLY Mother (Head) Widow Female 30 Lea, Wiltshire, England Plain Needle Work
Jesse HOLLY Son Male 5 Dairy Hill, Wiltshire, England Scholar
Jane HOLLY Daur Female 3 Dairy Hill, Wiltshire, England Scholar
Emmy HOLLY Daur Female 6 m Kensworth, Hertford, England
Jesse Daniel Holly's birth is registered in September quarter 1875 in Chippenham district Vol 5a Page 65. You could ask for a copy of his birth certificate which would show his parentage. You can order this online at www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/ and it costs £7.00 but there is at least a 3 week wait at present. It may be worth emailing Wiltshire's record office at [email protected] to see what sort of service they provide.

There were two 'Janes' born in Lea in the 1871 census, aged 20. One was
Jane Cook, age 20, born Lea, Wiltshire, Daughter, address: St Paul, Malmesbury
and the other was:
Jane Smart, age 20, born Lea, Wiltshire, Daughter, address: Corsham, Wiltshire
FreeeBMD has three Holl(e)y marriages in the right area and time period:
Marriages Sep 1871
Holley Daniel Calne 5a 109
Marriages Dec 1875
HOLLEY John Chippenham 5a 109
Married Ellen Whitting or Mary Jane WILKINS
Marriages Mar 1876
HOLLEY George Harris Calne 5a 104
If you can get the birth certificates, you will narrow it down considerably!
Come back with that and I may be able to find more.

Thanks to Andrew & Linnet.
You have got to where I got to, I guess I'll just have to get the cert's after all.
Cheers
