Haven't been able to find Robert Thomson's birth in 1802

There is a marriage on FreeBMD for a Robert THOMSON in the September quarter of 1840, volume 4, page 451 in St Olaves district.

Now, also on the same page of entries on FreeBMD is that for an Amelia Bryan.... BUT... the district for her is St Saviours, although the volume and page numbers are the same as Robert's.

It might be worth sending for the certificate just with Robert's name mentioned. It may be the correct one or it may just be elimination.

My friend fell into that trap, its the wrong Amelia. The birth certificate of her son shows her maiden name as Amelia Atherton.

The first one is correct.
