    Default Baptist Records Birmingham

    Good afternoon

Would any kind soul out there know if the burial records for Bond Street Baptist Church in Birmingham for the period 1816-1837 are held anywhere other than Birmingham archives? Is there a CD I can purchase?

I have searched IGI for death/burial of John Baker from 1817-1877 and there is no-one of that name in Birmingham.

    Please help!!

Non-parochial registers for this period are likely to be at the National Archives.

You can read the research guide
    http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/c...LeafletID=84#6

and then check the catalogue for coverage.

If your chapel appears to be listed, you can go the National Archives search page
    http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/s...searcharchives

and scroll down until you reach "Non-parochial records".

The records you originally asked about are not at Birmingham Archives, they are at the National Archives and now on line at BMDRegisters.
