Hello
My name is Susannah and I live in Bath; I have begun researching everyone who has ever lived in my house after reading an excellent book called 'Home' by Julie Myerson.
I've had some success chasing the evocatively named Reverend Abraham Leach, imagine my excitement when I came to this website and read that Lyn is the wife of Abraham's g g grandson - I am very keen to get in touch with Lyn and I hope she views her messages regularly as I have much information to pass on and hope she can reciprocate!
I am interested in genealogy, social history, architecture and domestic life in Victorian and Edwardian England

Hello Susannah,
Looking into the history of houses is interesting isn't it particularly if you have access to all the old deeds. Have you searched on the National Archives website?
Wouldn't it be exciting if you found one of your ancestors lived there or nearby?
Happy hunting
