    Jno Cornthwaite - 20 - Wool Comber - N (not born in county)
    Peggy do - 20 - Worsted Reeler - Y

    Reference: Class: HO107; Piece 528; Book: 17; Civil Parish: Cockerham; County: Lancashire; Enumeration District: 7; Folio: 33; Page: 30; Line: 20;

    1851 - Yorkshire - Bowling

    John Cornthwaite - Head - 34 - Wool comber - Westmoreland, Kendal
    Peggey Cornthwaite - Wife - 31 - Lancashire, Ellel

    Hi Alan
    Just to say hello from another "Cornie"..
    I've just joined and did a search & your post came up.
    Mine were from Dalton/Ulverston as well as other Lancs places.
    My gpa moved to Lpool where I was born.
    I can see from replies your Cornies moved around.
    It was nice "meeting" you Alan and good luck with your tree.

    Regards
    Georgie
