Do your Thimblethorpes go back to Foulsham / Worsted in Norfolk? I have a line of them that go back to C 1400.

I'm afraid I don't know much about them as they married into a branch of my family, so the little I have is 20th century, sorry.

Some of my ancestors were from Offton & I have the Offton church registers on microfiche.

My Offton connection is via the Taylor family; Alfred Taylor of Worlingworth married Esther Cooper of East Bergholt, and they lived in Offton where they had their sons Alfred John (1868), and Herbert Cooper (1870). They then moved to Ipswich at some point between 1870 and 1878, as their daughter Edith Isobel was born in Ipswich, though she was baptised in Offton. She seems to have died in infancy.

Hi, I have a Mary Garrod in my tree. She was born in Mickfield, Suffolk in 1867. She married Ernest Hammond b. 1865 in Creeting St Mary Suffolk. This is all the info I have. My connection is through marriages which leads to my Great Aunt, Edith Fellingham of Mendlesham, Suffolk.

The only Mary Garrod I have was born c1833, to Robert Garrod and Mary Keen. My connection to the family is via Elizabeth Garrod, b. in Whitton, Suffolk in 1842, who married Isaac Fletcher in Ipswich in 1868.
