my g grandfather was David Storer born 1851 (just before the census) in Earl Shilton (parents Henry & Sarah). He married Ann Green born Cadeby 1850 (parents John & Sarah). Any information on parents, siblings or other descendents welcome.

Do you have David's birth certificate? March 1/4 Hinckley registration district vol 15 page 78. This would give his mother's maiden name which would then help you decide which of the two marriages (if any)- 1845 and 1848 - in Leicestershire for a Henry Storer with a Sarah on the same page, is yours.
I note that there is an addition on the 1851 census, on ancestry, to Sarah's details. The name Sarah Marriott Sharpe is given as an alternative but on FreeBMD this Sarah married a John Green.
David's birth certificate would sort it out.
