Hugh Wallis has some Willenhall parish records on his website. It depends upon what and who you are looking for - and when.

Except in a tiny number of cases, historical parish registers are deposited at the County Record Office which is where you would have to go.

You could also check whether the Mormons have filmed the registers and, if you wish, order them for a fee and view them at nearby mormon place.
You may be able to buy copies - check the appropriate FHS.
