Hi Everyone
I am looking for the descendants of the above family
REYNOLDS George m Maria SUMMERFIELD
in 1823 at St Martin, Worcester
Children
William Summerfield b 1824
Mary Summerfield b 1826
John Summerfield b 1828
Lavinia Summerfield b 1832
Sarah Summerfield b 1830
I believe the children were all born in Much Wenlock, Shropshire
but I think they returned to Worcester
I know both Sarah and Lavinia married brothers THOMAS
as you can see all the REYNOLDS children were given the middle
name of Summerfield
Maybe someone has this same middle name in their family tree
Bye for now Joy in Australia

Replying to Very Old Post
Joy,
My name is Nellie Reynolds ( now Gruender) My father was John Summerfield Reynolds who was the son of John Summerfield Reynolds. To add to this my brother was John Summerfield Reynolds. My grandfather was born in Worcester on March 12 of 1866 he immigrated to the Springfield, Illinois US in the 1880's. He was married to Emma Emily Styles and they had Herbert Reynolds, Edward Reynolds, John Reynolds, Nellie Reynolds (I am her namesake)
I have been looking for a lead to my grandfather's parents for several years and just happened upon this post tonight. I hope you are still attached to this thread and will reply so we can share information.
I have a family tree on ancestry.com under Reynolds/Styles with detailed information.
If you can provide me any further information about the Reynolds-Summerfield family I would be so appreciative, and I can share all of my information and pictures as well
Kindest Regards,
Nellie Reynolds - Gruender

It would probably be best if you click on the original poster's name and send them a private message. This is the only thing that will generate an email if the OP hasn't subscribed to the thread.
Sadly, our dear friend Ann (alias Ladkyis) passed away on Thursday, 26th. December, 2019.
