Didsbury Bakery in Birkenhead
My Great Great Grandfather founded the Didsbury Hygienic Bakery in Birkenhead. Henry Seth Didsbury was summoned to the Birkenhead Police Court in 1917 regarding some self raising flour which was not to standard ... if anyone finds anything about that incident please let me know ....

Have you tried the local papers for the time. Maybe it was reported in them.
