About a month ago a newbie made a post mentioning ancestors in the village adjacent to the one my brother lives in. I posted a reply saying that I would be visiting him at the end of October and could possibly take photos in the graveyard.
I will be going there on Monday, but the trouble is that the person concerned has not been active on here again. She never responded to my offer and I am wondering if it is worth bothering to look in the graveyard for her. What do other people think?

Try another PM even if she doesn't log on to the site it should reach her as an email notification.

Good idea! My brain's not functioning properly. My other brother is coming for the weekend tomorrow and I really should be getting ready, not playing on the PC!

I would PM. You don't know why the person has suddenly left the forum. Could be they just got bored with family history, could be computer problems, could be family/health problems.
If there's no reply, then forget the churchyard visit.
