Mclellans of Brompton
Hello, I have just read your message and wondered if you are related to any of the Mclellans or McLanes from Brompton, nr Northallerton, Yorkshire? My ancestors came from there and then became through the years McLane living in Chester-le-Street.
Let me know if you think we have anything in common
Best wishes
Christine

Hi Christine,
My husband's McLennan family were from the Isle of Skye, Scotland. There doesn't seem to be a connection with your McLellans. Sorry.
Cheers.......Wendy
