Im researching the Davidge (Davadge / Davage) family from Somerset, England.
The furthest back I have in my family tree is William Davidge (b.1800 Orchardleigh, Somerset) and his wife Ann (b.1803, Laverton Somerset).
Their children were: Sarah (b.1832), John, Jane, Elizabeth, Charles & William. I am interested in following Sarah Davidge who later married Job Pickford (b.1829).
If any of these names are familiar, or could be linked to your tree in any way, I would be interested in hearing from you.
Thanks
Nicki

Hi.
I think we are both tracing the families Pickford and Davidge. I have Job Pickford marrying Sarah Davidge and William Pickford (Job's brother) marrying Mary ANn Davidge in 1841. William married a second time and it is this part of the family I have traced. I think Sarah and Mary Ann are sisters but have yet to prove that.
Cheers.
Jo

I have an ancestor, William Davidge, born in the late 1800's, who married Ann Butler (born 1873) from England. Any forseeable relations?

There is a Nancy Frey in Canada who has collected a lot of DAVIDGEs (many spellings) across Somerset and maybe other counties too. If you Google her name plus DAVIDGE you should find her.
